~Need to cancel or reschedule? Please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. If done accordingly, your retainer fee can be transferred only ONCE to a time-slot within the same month; however, failure to do so will result in losing your retainer. No retainer, No appointment! ~No show clients will be charged 75% of the total value of all services booked. No show fee will also apply to any cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the scheduled appointment time has begun with no prior communication. No refunds! ~$20 additional fee for any appointment accommodations needed outside my working hours. ~There is a 10 minute grace period. Your appt will be cancelled if 10+ minutes late and a new retainer will be required to reschedule. Communication is key! ~Confirmation messages are automatically sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment via email/text. You MUST confirm by the 24 hr mark! ~For your safety and mine, NO additional guests (including children) are allowed during your service unless client has communicated needing accommodations prior to service and received confirmation. If the client being serviced is a minor, then a parent is required to be present in the treatment room. *Clients are responsible for any damages caused to products or equipment.* ~I reserve the right to refuse a service.
